Bliss offers a quiet, private, relaxing space for your treatments. As a private salon, by appointment only, you will never be disturbed by other guests during your treatment. And you will always have my undivided attention for the duration of your appointment. No ringing phones, no distractions.

*Bliss only offers female waxing services. I am not qualified or insured to carry out male waxing services.
Cancellation Policy: For cancellations of less than 24 hours’ notice there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost. Please note that for Monday appointments the cancellation period is 48hours+ ‘no-shows’ will be required to pay 100% of treatment cost.
. *If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment your treatment may have to be cut short or cancelled, to avoid running over in to other clients’ appointment times. You will still be charged for the full appointment / treatments.
*I cannot accommodate more than one client at a time and do not provide a ‘waiting area’, so please do not bring other people with you to your appointment.
* Due to insurance restrictions I am unable to treat clients under 18.
*On arrival, you will be asked to fill out a Client Record card, detailing any allergies, health issues, medications etc. This information is completely confidential and will only ever be used with reference to your treatments. This form is mandatory, and required by my insurers. If you are aware of any issues that may affect or restrict your treatment (medications, recent operations, mobility issues) please let me know in advance.
*If when you arrive for your appointment I am unable to carry out or complete a treatment, (eg. not enough hair to wax / medical reasons not informed of / hygiene etc ) you will still be charged in full for your appointment. Additionally, if you decide to terminate your appointment during treatment or change / cancel some of the treatments you have booked in for, you will be charged in full.
*For treatments over 100euro a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. This can be paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
*Payment for treatments is by cash (no cards) or bank transfer (for amounts over 50euro, payable in advance of appointment)
*When booking an appointment you will be sent a copy of Bliss' general Terms & Conditions. Unless stated otherwise it will be assumed that you have read and agreed to them.
